Delosperma 'Lehmannii' (syn. Corpuscularia lehmannii), commonly known as the Ice Plant or Ice Plant Succulent, is a charming, low-growing South African succulent prized for its distinct geometric foliage. It features plump, 3-sided, thick gray-green leaves that resemble chunky geometric blocks or smooth ice cubes stacked along reddish trailing stems. During warmer months, it produces brilliant, daisy-like yellow flowers that open in full sun. Extremely low-maintenance and drought-tolerant, it adds eye-catching texture to sunny windowsills, rock gardens, and succulent containers.

Delosperma 'Lehmannii' is very easy to propagate.
Best Method: Stem Cuttings (Fast & High Success Rate).
Difficulty: Low / Beginner-Friendly.
Rooting Time: 2 to 4 weeks.
Propagation Note: Unlike some succulents, D. lehmannii roots almost exclusively from stem cuttings containing a node (where the leaves join the stem). Individual leaves detached without stem tissue rarely form roots.
Take a 3–4 inch stem cutting with at least one or two leaf nodes.
Strip off the bottom leaves to expose a bare node.
Let the cut stem dry/callus in a shaded spot for 1 to 2 days.
Insert the bare node into dry, fast-draining cactus mix or water.
Place in bright, indirect light and lightly mist or water once roots begin to show.
